To ensure your satisfaction, if the shipment tracking shows no updates for 30 consecutive days, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
According to our shipping policy, if the carrier’s tracking system shows no activity (such as scans or location changes) for more than 30 days from the last update, GOODITEC will automatically process a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
No action is required from your side. We will proactively monitor the shipment status and initiate the refund process when applicable.
Exclusions: Delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters or customs inspections) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Policy – GOODITEC
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Some items may require additional preparation time. If any delay occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include the processing time.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Conditions
- Free standard shipping is available for most countries and regions on the GOODITEC official store.
- Express shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- For remote areas, an additional surcharge of USD $40 may apply.
- Import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
3. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Free for most countries. Includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Express Shipping
DHL / FedEx / UPS (taxes and duties may apply). Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Tracking details will be sent by email once available.
Please note: additional charges may apply for remote areas.

(If shipped from the US warehouse: 3–5 days, subject to stock availability)
Canada: 1–2 weeks, average 8–10 days
Brazil, Mexico: 2–3 weeks

Ireland: Delivery time may be extended due to strict customs inspection policies.

Australia / New Zealand: 1–2 weeks, average 8 days

5. Shipping Notes & Customer Responsibilities
Please carefully check your shipping information before placing your order.
If a package fails to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer shall bear full responsibility for any additional costs or losses.
To speed up delivery, orders with US or Japan addresses that select a US/JP power plug will be fulfilled from the local warehouse whenever possible.
If shipped from a local warehouse, delivery usually takes 1–3 days, subject to stock availability and logistics conditions.
6. Customs, Taxes & Duties
Import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
We usually declare products at a lower value to help reduce potential taxes; however, the final responsibility for any customs duties remains with the buyer.
7. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An Order Confirmation Email immediately after checkout.
- A Shipping Notification Email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 business hours for the tracking number to become active online (in some cases, up to 3 business days).
8. Payment Currency
All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) only.
Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference purposes only. The final checkout amount will be converted based on the real-time USD exchange rate.
9. Returns & Order Cancellations
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless the customer agrees to cover the return shipping cost.
If customs clearance is required, please cooperate promptly with local authorities.
If the customer fails to complete customs clearance in time, resulting in the return or destruction of the goods, GOODITEC shall not be responsible for any related costs or losses.
