Product Warranty – GOODITEC

GOODITEC provides product consultation and after-sales support via email at official@gooditec.com and offers a 1-year limited warranty for all night vision products purchased from authorized channels.

During the warranty period, repairs are provided free of charge. Customers are responsible for shipping the device to the designated service center, while GOODITEC will repair the product and ship it back free of charge. After the warranty period expires, all repair and related costs shall be borne by the customer.

GOODITEC warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions is not covered.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, GOODITEC will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

  1. Repair the product free of charge using new or refurbished parts; or
  2. Replace the product with the same or an equivalent new or refurbished model.

These remedies are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply unless prohibited by law.

Any replacement product or parts will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

Requests must be submitted within the warranty period starting from the date of delivery.

Products must be shipped in original packaging or packaging providing equal protection to the address specified by GOODITEC. Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty applies only to GOODITEC-branded night vision products purchased from authorized sellers.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural disasters (lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.)
  • Human damage, unauthorized disassembly or repair
  • Commercial use
  • Product modification
  • Damage caused by non-GOODITEC accessories
  • Accidents, abuse, or misuse
  • Improper voltage or power supply
  • Service performed by non-GOODITEC personnel

Software recovery and data loss are not covered.

Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

Limitation of Liability

GOODITEC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Return Policy – 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from the GOODITEC Official Website.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking records).

Return Conditions

  • Unopened & brand-new items: Full refund
  • Opened or used items: 15% repackaging/restocking fee applies
  • Free gifts not returned: retail value deducted

Refund & Shipping Costs

Quality-related issues: GOODITEC covers return shipping

Non-quality returns: Customer bears return shipping cost and original delivery fee

Refund Processing Time

  • Request review: 2–3 business days
  • After receiving return: 3–5 business days
  • Refund to original payment method: 7–10 business days

Deductions

  • $35 shipping fee deducted for free-shipping orders
  • 15% restocking fee for opened/used items
  • Retail value deducted for missing free gifts
  • PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable

After 7 Days

  • Only exchanges allowed
  • No returns or refunds accepted after 15 days

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products beyond warranty
  • No-quality issues after 30 days
  • Promotional or free items
  • Third-party repaired products
  • Human-caused damage
  • Products used for over six months

Defective or Damaged Items

GOODITEC reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products with the same or equivalent model.

Order Cancellation

If the product has already shipped, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

Liability Statement

GOODITEC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned products.

Compensation shall not exceed the original purchase amount.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 2 business days after delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

Some regions require customers to complete customs clearance procedures. Failure to do so may result in product return or destruction, and any loss shall be borne by the customer.

Proof Requirements for Parcel Receipt & Claims

In-Person Delivery

The parcel must be opened and inspected immediately upon delivery. Any abnormality must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to the courier on the spot.

Doorstep Delivery (No Signature)

A complete, clear, and unedited unboxing video is required, showing:

  • All six sides of the outer package
  • Shipping label / tracking number
  • Entire unboxing process
  • Final condition of the contents

Carrier Claim Documentation

A claim must be filed with the last-mile carrier within 24 hours, and a valid Claim Number must be obtained.

Suspected Theft (Empty Parcel)

A police report and carrier claim number must be provided and submitted to:

Important Notice

Failure to provide valid evidence (inspection record, unboxing video, or carrier claim number) will result in the inability to process compensation or insurance claims.
