By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately. The Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. GOODITEC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Export Control & Compliance Notice (Night Vision Products)

Some GOODITEC products, including certain night vision devices, imaging equipment, or related accessories, may be subject to export control laws and regulations of Hong Kong, China, the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable export, re‑export, import, and customs laws and regulations;
  • You will not export, re‑export, resell, transfer, or use our products in any country, region, or to any individual or entity prohibited by applicable laws or sanctions;
  • You will not use our products for any illegal, military‑restricted, or prohibited purpose where such use is regulated or forbidden by law.

GOODITEC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our reasonable judgment, may violate applicable export control or trade compliance regulations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, possession, and use of any night vision product is legal in your country or region.

18. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer (Night Vision Devices)

Night vision products are intended for lawful civilian use such as outdoor observation, wildlife viewing, security monitoring, camping, or similar activities, depending on the specific product description.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Improper use of night vision equipment may cause personal injury, property damage, or violation of local laws;
  • GOODITEC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages arising from improper use, misuse, or unlawful use of its products;
  • You must follow all user manuals, safety instructions, and applicable laws when using our products;
  • You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals for use of night vision devices in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOODITEC disclaims all liability for damages resulting from unsafe, illegal, or unintended use of its products.
